A service contract is formed only when AQLab issues a written acceptance or confirmation to the Client. AQLab reserves the right to decline service requests at its discretion.
5. Client ObligationsThe Client must:

-facilitate access to facilities, products, or documentation required for inspections and audits;
-comply with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards at all locations where services are performed.
6. Inspection and Audit StandardsInspections and audits are conducted according to recognized industry standards. Clients understand that inspection results are based on sample observations and statistical methods, and that no inspection protocol can guarantee the absence of defects.
7. Reports and DeliverablesInspection reports, audit findings, certificates, and related deliverables provided by AQLab remain the intellectual property of AQLab. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use these deliverables for internal quality control, compliance, and business purposes. Reports may not be published, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from AQLab.
8. Fees and Payment TermsService fees are as quoted by AQLab and agreed upon by the Client in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, all payments are due within the terms specified in the quotation or invoice. AQLab may suspend or withhold delivery of services if payments are overdue.
9. Liability and WarrantyAQLab provides services on an “as-is” basis and makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding results, accuracy, or completeness of inspections. AQLab’s total liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the fees actually paid by the Client for those specific services. AQLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. ConfidentialityBoth parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information obtained during the performance of services, except as required by law or regulatory authorities.
11. Intellectual PropertyAll content on aqlab.al, including text, graphics, images, software, and methodologies, is protected by intellectual property laws and owned by AQLab or its licensors. No part of the website content may be reproduced without written permission.
